I have worked as a counsellor since 2002 and have managed a private practice since 2010. I work with individuals, couples and families. I work across some faith-based communities and in schools with adolescents, children and teachers. With extensive experience as a Grief and Loss Counsellor, I have worked for local charities that specialise in bereavement, end of life issues and transitions.

For many years, I have worked as a tutor and trainer, teaching on counselling, listening skills and mediation courses. I facilitate mediation and grief workshops with groups and couples. I am a licensed facilitator with Care for the Family and facilitate Positive Parenting programmes, Time Out for Parents and support for children with special needs.

I have completed counselling courses at the University of London, Birkbeck College, Westminster Pastoral Foundation and Newbold College. I have a Senior Practitioner’s Diploma in Childhood Trauma and Abuse with the Parks Foundation. I am a registered member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
